23/3/2012 mark this date. this is the date where i wore my braces. n today is my 2nd day i wear braces. everything was fine till i woke up this morning. my teeth start to give such a suck pain. i can't even chew my food. and all i can eat is soup or porridge. and i need to wear this fucking braces for the whole 2 years. so another tips to lose your weight : wear a braces. ouh and i have to brush my teeth every time rite after i finish eating. 'always have a tooth brush in your bag' that's what the nurse said. so it's mean i'll bring it to school too. okay the more i think about my teeth the more shit i feel. i'm out.
